Privacy Policy & Terms
Effective August 17, 2026
Golden Years Senior Foot Care is a small, family-run business. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect, what we do with it, and the simple terms that come with booking a visit.
What we collect
- Booking details. When you book a home visit, we collect your name, phone number, email address, your home address (so Debbie can come to you), and the appointment details you choose, along with any notes you add. If you book for a family member, we collect the same details about them, and if you tell us who referred you, we keep that name with your record.
- Payment. Online payments are processed by Square. Your card number goes directly to Square and never touches our website or our records. Square's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself. Cash and check payments involve no stored card data at all.
- Website statistics. Our site counts page visits and clicks so we can see what is useful. This counting is done by our own website, not an advertising company. It uses no cookies, stores no names, and is cleared from your browser when you close the tab. We never sell or share this data, and there are no ads on our site.
How we use your information
- To schedule and confirm your appointments.
- To reach you if a visit day changes.
- To keep simple care notes so Debbie can provide consistent care from visit to visit.
What we share
We do not sell your information, ever, and we do not share it with advertisers. The only outside services that handle your booking information are the ones that make the business run: Square for payments and our email service for booking confirmations. Like most websites, our pages also load their fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the same basic connection details any website visit shares, but none of your booking information. What Debbie sees or hears during your visit stays between you and Debbie.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and care records only as long as they are useful for your ongoing care. If you would like your information corrected or removed, call (720) 975-4653 or email info@goldenyearsseniorfootcare.com and we will take care of it.
Terms of service
- What we provide. Golden Years provides routine, non-medical foot care by a licensed nurse: trimming, filing, callus care, and gentle assessment. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If Debbie notices anything concerning, she will recommend follow-up with your doctor or a podiatrist.
- Payment. Payment is due at the time of the visit, by cash, check, or card. Online payment is available for family members paying from out of town.
- Cancellations. Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call as early as you can so your slot can go to another neighbor on that town's visit day.
- Six-Visit Family Care Plan. The plan prepays six routine foot care visits. For questions about the plan, call Debbie.
